”Hmm? I thought you insisted on coming at one point so I had no choice..” He gave a chuckle as he flicked her cheek lightly, his eyes motioning towards the scenary once again. He then began thinking if the Dumbapples were in season right now. The orchards filled with vibrant purple fruits which dangled from the most rich trees in the entire world - fed by the Lifestream itself. He could already imagine the curved forms of the trees creating a dome like path towards the town, their silver bark the most beautiful during the might of the moon’s gaze when they all turned into natural glowing lights. The thought revitalised him. But soon after his short day-dreaming session ended, a small bell like sound rendered the carriage before a well-spoken voice communicated through.
“We will be arriving at the isle of Mideel in 20 minutes” The voice said before crackling away to leave only the chatter of passengers remaining.
Everyone seemed so cheerful on the train, as if it was a world were no worries could touch them. Even Genesis seemed a little bit lighter, and that made the girl smile even more. “No one should have to face troubles alone, besides I wanted to see if Banora is amazing as you make it seem!” She said with a grin. She let the silence set into place, and let her mind wonder off to back home. She wondered how her sister was taking the alone time, and how long the meals Serah cooked would last her. She checked her phone quickly, and then slid it back inside her pocket.
“I’ve got to remember to pick Yunie and Iris something up too.”
She was speaking absent-minded, adding it to her mental list of presents. She wasn’t sure what to bring back anyone, or what they’d like. Genesis had mentioned bringing back apples for everyone, but the girl had no clue of what to get. Finally deciding to take advantage of her time, she slipped out a math text book and glanced over the pages, already dreading her decision.
It was a surprise to see a maths book on the table when they were only 20 minutes away from their destination and he gave a small laugh as he glanced over at the pages with curious blue eyes. Math was something he did not particular enjoy and it was the one subject he seemed to struggle in. He was more graceful with words rather than numbers.
“Unfortunatly if you ask me for help I might not be able to give you many confident answers” He said quietly, another amused snicker following shortly after. “But I could at least try because two brains are better than one..” He could already tell by her facial features that the questions were probably a bit complex and required long working out. Which is one reason why he detested math for the fact it seemed to take so long to reach an answer when it was so much easier and understandable with words.
The train journey itself was going to be much shorter than the bus ride, the train giving a squeal as steam spouted from it’s chimney likes structures. Steam trains such as these would never be found in the cities or largest of towns, and it was something which was iconic to the isolated areas of the world. There was a large bridge which would connect the mainland to the isle of Mideel, a long trek over a vast shimmering ocean was inevitable and waiting for that alone was enough to put his mind at ease. He moved his hand slightly to meet with her own, the fingers intertwining and granting a warm touch. It wasn’t that far away and visible sunny weather gave hope that it would be the same when they got there.
Serah’s plans for homework seemed long gone out the window, her mood seemed to grow even higher as she watched outside the window. Everything was so beautiful! Everything was racing past like the thoughts inside her head, if things remained this way, she couldn’t wait to get to the red’s hometown. She brushed her pink strands behind her ear, and glanced over at him with a small smile. “I know I’ve already told you a million times, but I wanted to thank you again for bringing me along.” The girl gave him a quick kiss on the cheek, and then glanced towards the window once again. All her troubles seemed to be in a far off place at the moment, and she hoped it remained that way for a while.
”Hmm? I thought you insisted on coming at one point so I had no choice..” He gave a chuckle as he flicked her cheek lightly, his eyes motioning towards the scenary once again. I promised I’d do starters but I didn’t because I’ve been distracted by Dragon’s Dogma and today I’ll be playing it so I’ll be distracted again..
..Maybe I’ll fit in a starter later..and do a reply..to something. I dunno.
Look at this shiny red sparkly sword filled with nonsensical-runes-which-I-don’t-understand

Then look to this fabulous large black wing in which I can fly with without having to worry about the uncreative laws of physics.

Why am I still not immortal.

It’s from the game Deus Ex Human Revolution, which was indicated on the player too.
It’s a great game with some great ambient music.
